Introduction

Template: The core of the plastic coated template board is made of high-grade eucalyptus wood foundation material, ensuring that each piece has no scars, knots, or holes. The board is coated layer by layer with glue to ensure that there is no hollowing or cracking of the glue on each board.

The surface is covered with a plastic surface film made of PP material by first punching holes and then embedding them with hot melt and strong pressure. It has the advantages of not easily absorbing water, not easily deforming, not easily rotting, long service life, high strength, less application of release agent, beautiful concrete forming, good insulation to reduce water loss, and improve concrete strength.

Square tube: The main profile is 48 * 48mm square tube, made of Q1350 alloy military grade steel made of Fangyuan special steel material. It has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, not easy to deform, strong weather resistance, corrosion resistance, simple maintenance, long service life, and low cost.

Beam material: including all main materials such as three layers of early dismantling heads at the bottom of the beam, one layer of early dismantling suspension at the bottom of the beam, three layers of beam bottom plates, and one layer of beam supports.

Top plate material: Early dismantling mode: including three layers of early dismantling heads, three layers of late dismantling belts, one layer of early dismantling formwork, one layer of main keel, and one layer of keel early dismantling suspension (if the project department does not allow early dismantling, three sets of top plates will be provided, and the unfolded surface of the entire layer of formwork will be increased by 50 yuan/M2, with an additional rent of $10).
