How to remove cylindrical wooden formwork

Due to the precise size of the produced round wood formwork and the tight contact between the concrete pouring and the formwork, the outer formwork of the round formwork is still difficult to remove. After 1-2 days of pouring the cylindrical wooden formwork, demolding can be carried out. First, the steel pipes, wooden blocks, and steel strips reinforced around the periphery should be removed one by one, taking care to prevent them from being hit by the steel pipes or steel strips.

After the steel strip is untied, the template is left for half a day or a day. Under the action of thermal expansion and contraction, the template will slowly expand, making it easy to remove.

If some templates still do not open after being placed for a period of time, construction personnel need to use wooden strips to gently tap and vibrate the concave and convex grooves of the cylindrical board, so that the mold can be naturally and smoothly removed.

During the dismantling process, it is strictly prohibited to use steel tools to forcefully pry the circular template to prevent damage to the concave and convex grooves of the template, which will prevent it from being used again next time.
