How to set up and reinforce circular wood formwork

How should the steel strip provided by the manufacturer be used for the construction of circular wooden formwork reinforcement commonly known as steel strip? The use of steel strips for general cylindrical templates should follow the following principles:

1. Reinforcement requirements for use.

(1) The steel strips must be kept parallel to each other and there must be no tilted steel strips. After installation, they must be carefully inspected.

(2) The tightness of screws must be consistent and subjected to even force.

(3) The steel strip of the cylindrical template should be regularly oiled to prevent rusting and increase the frequency of use. The screws and bolts should be stored at designated locations to prevent loss.

2. Principle of sparse and dense configuration of reinforcement components.

The overall reinforcement principle is to reinforce with an average of 30 centimeters per layer, using a sparse and dense configuration principle of dense bottom and gradually loosening upwards.

3. Special column for firmware configuration.

For some special cases of reinforcement, such as column height exceeding the limit, one-time pouring height being too high, cylinder diameter being too large, etc., the density of steel strips should be appropriately increased.
